We offer protection from clogs and drain back ups caused by anything recommended or designed to be flushed down the toilet. Also tree roots, which is a major cause of drain malfunctions and clogs. Your home must have an accessible drain cleanout usually located in the basement. If the main drain is damaged and requires sewer camera or repairs additional cost is not covered by Drain Shield.This contract is for residential property owner’s or landlords only.This contract covers the one main drain to the home. This contract is between Green Team Drains and Homeowner or Landlord Only. This contract is non-transferrable to people or properties.

Upon completion of sign up and payment, Green Team Drains will be in contact within 5 business days to schedule home inspection of the drain system. Drain Shield requires a 10 week processing period ,in which our project managers will come out to your home to assess and tag your home’s main drain access point. Then your house is covered for the next 10 years.
